Can I buy items in person at Old Habits Tattoo? 
Yes, we are open 7 days a week! Please note we are cash only in the shop

How do I order a voucher?
Please fill in a contact form or email us directly to enquire about vouchers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our dispatch times may vary as all items are posted directly from Old Habits Tattoo on Kingsland Road. Please wait at least 2 weeks before emailing us for an update.
Once international deliveries cross the border, they are then handled by local delivery partners and customs officers, hence we cannot guarantee their delivery times. Please use the tracking link to keep an eye on it's whereabouts. 

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
When we drop off your packages at the post office, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on the way with a tracking number. If you are ordering something as gift and need it by a certain date, drop us a message to let us know!

International postage is expensive, is there a way to reduce this? 
We always use tracked postage services to ensure you can keep an eye on it in transit. This also allows us to appropriately deal with lost/damaged post. If you would like to reduce your postage cost, we can send it using a standard service at your own risk - we won't be able to assist with lost or damaged items in this case. Please send us an email/fill out the enquiry form! 

Last dates to order before Christmas:
UK: 15th December
International/Outside UK: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee on-time Christmas arrivals in case of unforeseen requirements from local Customs offices. To be safe, we recommend placing your order by 10th December latest.
